There will be one (1) prize awarded (“Prize”), consisting of the following: a former Top Chef contestant (“Cheftestant”) (to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) will attend the Winner’s finale party at Winner’s residence (“Finale Party”).

Grand Prize: A trip (“Trip”) for winner (“Winner”) and his/her guest (“Guest”) to the 2009 “Food & Wine Magazine Classic” event (“Event”) in Aspen, Colorado; a Verizon Wireless VOYAGER phone (“Phone”); and a one hundred dollar ($100) Verizon Wireless Gift Card (“Card”). Card is subject to additional terms and conditions specified thereon. Trip includes round-trip, coach-class domestic air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near Winner’s residence to Aspen (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy) for three (3) nights; and passes for Winner and Guest to attend the Event. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Trip is four thousand four hundred fifty dollars ($4,450). ERV of Phone is three hundred dollars ($300). ERV of Card is one hundred dollars ($100). Total ERV of Prize is four thousand eight hundred fifty dollars ($4,850).
