One (1) Grand Prize and Thirteen (13) Weekly Prizes. Grand Prize: consists of (a) a three (3) day, two (2) night trip to New York City for winner and one (1) guest to include (i) roundtrip coach-class air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from a major commercial airport (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) near winner's residence to New York, NY or if winner lives within a 100-mile radius of New York City, roundtrip ground transportation provided in lieu of air transportation (difference between airfare and ground transportation not awarded); (ii) ground transportation for winner and guest to and from the airport and hotel in New York City; (iii) two (2) nights standard hotel for winner and guest, accommodations selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room/double occupancy); (iv) a meet and greet for winner and guest with Project Runway judge Nina Garcia, scheduled to take place at the Hearst Building in New York, during which Nina Garcia will review top fashion trends for 2010, subject to Nina Garcia’s availability; (v) a review of Marie Claire’s Fashion Closet with Nina Garcia and a Marie Claire Fashion Editor for winner and guest during which winner and guest will be given fashion and shopping tips, subject to availability of Nina Garcia and Marie Claire Fashion Editor; (vi) a one (1) day or one (1) night shopping spree with a Marie Claire Fashion Editor, subject to her/his availability, and a hair and make-up makeover, for winner and guest valued at six thousand dollars ($6,000), or, in lieu of the shopping spree/makeover, winner may elect to receive a check for six thousand dollars ($6,000), made out to the name of the Grand Prize winner only, and (vii) a cash prize of ten thousand dollars ($10,000), awarded in the form of a check made out to the name of the Grand Prize winner only (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $22,000), (b) one (1) gift basket of L’Oreal and Garnier products (ARV): $250) (“L’Oreal & Garnier Gift Basket”), and (c) one (1) signed copy of the book “The Style Strategy,” by Nina Garcia (ARV: $22) (“Nina Garcia Signed Book”). Total ARV of Grand Prize: $22,272

Weekly Prize Details: Each of the thirteen (13) weekly prizes shall consist of (a) a cash prize of five hundred dollars ($500), awarded in the form of a check made out to the name of the winner only, (b) one (1) L’Oreal & Garnier Gift Basket and (c) one (1) Nina Garcia Signed Book. ARV of each weekly prize: $772

A trip for two (2) people (the Grand Prize winner and a guest) to New York City, New York, USA that includes: round trip airfare for two (coach class) from the nearest major airport to Grand Prize winner’s mailing address to New York City (departure and destination airports and airline carrier to be chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion) approximate retail value (“ARV”) US $1,500; two (2) nights stay in a four star hotel (single standard room, double occupancy), valued at up to US $2,000; transportation to/from the airport and hotel, valued at up to US $150 (paid in the form of check); two (2) day meal allowance of US $1,000 each for Grand Prize winner and guest ($2,000 total, paid in the form of check); supervised shopping for both Grand Prize winner and guest up to US $1,500 each ($3,000 total) with a department store personal shopper to be chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Also, for the Grand Prize winner only, the Grand Prize includes: a hair and make-up makeover with a stylist to be chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion up to US $1,000; a one-on-one consultation with a nutritionist to be chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion up to US $500; a collection of Weight Watchers cookbooks worth US $200; assorted fitness apparel up to US $550 (paid in the form of check); US $2,100 for groceries by a home delivery service or paid in the form of check if home delivery is not available; and US $2,500 for a health club membership and trainer (paid in the form of check). Total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is US $15,500 (approximately $19,374 Canadian dollars).

TWO (2) GRAND PRIZES: Each Prize consists of a 3 night/4 day stay in New York City at the Residence Inn by Marriott Times Square or the Courtyard by Marriott Times Square South. Prize includes hotel accommodations (double occupancy) and US$250.00 spending money. Grand Prizes must be fulfilled during the week of 12/28/2008 or 12/27/2009. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $1150.00.

TWO (2) FIRST PRIZES:  Each Prize consists of a 2 (weekend) night/3 day stay in New York City at the Residence Inn by Marriott Times Square.  Prize includes hotel accommodations (one studio suite, double occupancy). First prizes must be fulfilled during 2009 and must include a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday night subject to availability and blackout dates. Each First Prize has an ARV of $600.00. 

FIVE (5) SECOND PRIZES: Each Prize consists of a 1 (weekend) night/2 day stay in New York City at the Residence Inn by Marriott Times Square.  Prize includes hotel accommodations (one studio suite, double occupancy). Second prizes must be fulfilled during 2009 and must be a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday night subject to availability and blackout dates. The Second Prize has an ARV of $300.00.

Grand Prize winner will receive a three (3)-day/two (2)-night trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) travel companion to New York City and, subject to availability, Grand Prize winner and travel companion will have the opportunity to meet, and be photographed with, a 2008 Stylista television series contestant, who will accompany them on a shopping spree and Five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) spending money .

two (2) First Prize winners will each receive one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). ARV of each Stylista Drawing First Prize: $1,000.00.

Five (5) Second Prize winners will each receive a TRESemmé/Stylista Prize Pack.

Grand Prizes (3): three (3) days/two (2) nights trip for two (2) to a PEOPLE Hot Spot and VIP treatment. The trip will be to one of the following locations: New York City, NY; Las Vegas, NV, or Los Angeles, CA. The location will be selected solely by Sponsors at the time the prize is awarded. Trip includes: round-trip coach airfare and a two (2) night stay for each winner (each a “Winner”) and one (1) guest at a luxury hotel. Prize may include: one (1) dinner for two at a restaurant selected by Sponsors, entrance to a club selected by Sponsors, car service to and from the club, and spa treatment for Winner and guest. Alcoholic beverages will not be included in the dinner portion of the prize. (ARV: $5,000.00 per prize).

Grand Prize: a two night/three day trip for two people (grand prize winner and one guest chosen by grand prize winner who must be 18 years of age or older as of April 30, 2008) to New York City. Grand prize includes hotel accommodations (hotel to be selected by Sponsors; standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only), round trip economy class airfare from the nearest major U.S. airport to the grand prize winner's home (grand prize winner and guest must travel to and from the same airport and have the same travel itinerary), ground transportation to and from the airport in New York City, a two-day spa treatment package for grand prize winner and guest (including lunch) at the Caudalie Vinothérapie® Spa at The Plaza (not to exceed $1,500 for both packages), and an assortment of Caudalie products (not to exceed $300) for the grand prize winner.

Second Prizes (3): gift basket containing an assortment of Caudalie products (exact products to be selected by Sponsors)

Grand Prize: Max Factor make-up prize package (average retail value: $500), round-trip coach flights for 2 to New York City (average retail value: $750), two tickets to the 2009 FFM award show (average retail value: $500), and standard hotel accommodations for 2-night stay, one room, double occupancy (average retail value: $750). Total Approximate Retail Prize Value: $2,500. Winner must be available to attend the 2009 FFM Awards Event, otherwise an alternative winner will be selected.
