Open to legal residents of the U.S. who are physically located and residing therein and are at least 13 years of age or older at time of entry.
Prizes: 
Grand Prize: a 3-day/2-night trip for four (winner and 3 guests) to the taping of America's Best Dance Crew Finale ("Finale") in Los Angeles, CA on August 21, 2008.
